Albion only conceded two today with the Eire international absent. He comes on and doesn't take a penalty. Evidence is stacking up. From your posts on this thread I can't work out whether you're a clever person trying to appear stupid or a stupid person trying to appear clever.

Dara shipped another five at home, then? Below strength Cheltenham only conceded three. Fleetwood midfield beckons.

"On 24 minutes, Allardyce acted, hauling off the centre half Dara O'Shea, who was being given a torrid time by Mitrovic, and Albion changed to a back four."
That's a centre half. After 24 minutes. If Hereford United had done that with Kovacs at least three times, they would still be in the Football League. Not to mention Stefan Stam. Irrespective of chairperson.
Don't tangle with ww.

Yes, Mitrovic gave him an even more torrid time than you do. Takes some doing, that.

West Bromwich Albion are easily the most Championship club in the top flight. Everything points to them being awful.
I am sure that having you stalking him is causing him much trouble as he sits there admiring his WBA Young Player of the Year award (not bad for someone who can't defend), and ponders being an established player in a top flight club (for now) with a bright international future ahead of him.

Is it only me who sees this thread title and thinks it's about that Irish slaphead who "Mocks" the week?

Yes, Mitrovic gave him an even more torrid time than you do. Takes some doing, that. The fan club of a Baggies player seems to have vanished without trace. Where's little Urn? 'You talkin' to me?' I'm no big fan of the Baggies, or that player, but just in case you are, here's a reminder. Someone once said that a tier 8 centre-back 'couldn't defend to save his arse.' Someone else countered, and again when that same player became an Irish International with multiple premier league (tier 1) starts, that the 'arse' assessment may have been poorly judged. (In fact a few countered thus, but hey). Young O'Shea is for sure, currently struggling, particularly since Big Sam's influence has had its effect, but in a side that is under huge defensive pressure 80% of the time it's on a football field. It may even be that Dara becomes a decent tier 1/2 midfielder, as you latterly predicted, but tbh, I'm a bit embarrassed for you that you keep dragging it up.* Matter of opinion of course, but mine is that anyone picked 16 times as a centre-back, this season, in the Premiership, can more than likely, defend passably well against Walton Casuals or the Met Police. PS. Not vanished without trace, although I might now, simply that banging ones head against a brick wall, particularly one that has lost its sense of humour, becomes a bit of a chore, even in these times when any distraction is welcome. PPS. 'Little Urn'? Should I be offended? *Although the image of you furiously and repeatedly high-fiving yourself in a dark room as O'Shea got hooked by Sam is pretty funny.

Is “high-fiving yourself” a euphemism employed by the youth?
I’d ask my daughters, but I’m sure they’d just raise their collective eyebrow archly, sigh and talk to their mum instead.
Either ways, good work

Either ways, good work I have consulted the resident smut expert who frowned, shook his head and told me that I have a dirtier mind than your average 16 year old. I did try to explain that I was asking for a friend but that only made it worse.

This has got me curious about some of the other prospects that have passed through HFC. Bundu seems to have had a bit of stutter after making brilliant (but hardly surprising) progress in Denmark. He went to Anderlecht for big dough but has failed to settle and has been loaned out to Copenhagen with a view to signing on for them, which is pretty neat.
That Cameron Print looked a really promising player. He appears to be making good progress still at Bristol City but being loaned out at steadily higher clubs. Currently at Portsmouth and getting games in League 1. Has knocking on the door of 50 league games having just turned 23.
That Bowen looked decent enough. On loan from Chelt - got an opportunity at Solihull? Anyone know what has happened to him?
The one player that looked really decent was Grant. Had that weird league ceiling meaning he wound up at Westfields. Anyone know what happened to him? He looked pretty talented. I remember him bringinf a ball fizzing out of the sky under control at Athletico Khalsa (or whatever they were called). No player in the Prem could have done it better. It looked class.
Also what has happened to Pablo and Mills? I know that football has been canned, but what were they getting up to?
EDIT: Pring got autocorrected to Print which could have been a whole lot worse with this phone.

More than a good enough footballer, with an excellent long throw but had (and still has, if his social media is anything to go by) trouble balancing his football career with having fun off the pitch. IIRC Beadle cut his loan short the first time after he missed training (and a game?) to go out on the pi$$ at Cheltenham races with his mates. Adam Page was someone I always hoped would make it but his first big injury (and the recurrences afterwards) put paid to that.
