Anyone got anything to say about homophobia? I remember a big chunk of the meadow end did when John Fashanu visited with Wimbledon. |

I always liked John Fashanu and at the height of his fame he was bloody nice to my mum...so on that particular issue, feck the morons too. (By the way, he was a winner from nothing...something most people on this forum (and at the club) should consider very carefully. Wimbledon had a huge collective pair of balls...instead of thinking small-balls, talking small-balls, and playing long-balls. Right now I don't think that's ever going to change with Hereford. Seem to want to be as small as possible. Go figure! (I could be wrong, but look at the recent history of the club and what has been going on since the nasties were sent packing.

Oldmeadowender and Somnabulist, can't you just get along? Maybe you could work together to find a job for a young unemployed Spaniard, find some common ground, laugh it all of as water under the bridge and then stop posting snipes at one another!  ? |

Generally policy is to let a thread run its course naturally so it will keep going while contributors feel they have something to add. Whether that contribution is valuable or not remains the choice of the individual. For me, it ran out of steam some time ago, but that's just me. |
