"Bowen has come a long way from playing non-league football with Hereford. And then becoming a local hero with Hull. I'm sure that's the first result he still looks up"
"Which one, Hereford or Hull?"
"Haha"See, even these idiots know that it's not possible to look up a Hereford United result any more! Eh, how does that work then? Is this talksport or something?
Anyway, he's being linked with Liverpool and Newcastle today. I reckon he'll agree a new contract with the 'ammers (based on nothing really). Guess it would keep the Dyers 'appy.

It was on TNT. Which I always thought a Comedy Channel so maybe it makes sense.
I'm quite sure that he said 'local hero'. Yes, it doesn't make much sense. Maybe he thought he's from Hull and was on loan to Hereford. Who knows. Let's face it, they don't really have a clue.

Jarrod arrives in Hull and saves it from being razed to the floor (even though it was his idea to raze it to the floor in the first place) while the townsfolk bemoan a missed chance to become rich and Wedge from Star Wars talks drunken shit about wife-sharing with a Yank in a fisherman’s jumper.
That's the way I remember it, anyway.

Excellent news.
In 2030 Jarrod will be 33, wonder if he fancies a trip home then...

Can't blame him for staying at West Ham to be honest. I would've done the same in his shoes. Smashing it at the moment. If he could get a goal for England that would be something else, too. His career had surpassed anyone that I've seen in a Hereford shirt. Im sure we all feel proud of him. I do anyway.

Important to factor in the relative availability of English players to England. But, yes, he's right up there with Sheedy and Price.

Good news.
It's a shame that he's in a fractured team again rather than being stuck in with something approaching a first eleven. But beggars can't be choosers, I suppose.

Hopefully you're correct but I suspect he'd sooner play Foden on the right.
Anyway, a hat trick wouldn't hurt!

Poorest game of football I've seen all season so far. Mind you not seen Hereford yet.

Yeah, sadly it was entirely predictable that this was going to be shite.
It's rubbish that all these players will be thought of negatively just because of this.

Losing count of the amount of times JB has been free out wide and they've played five passes across the back to get it to Grealish.

Yeah, it was the same when he was first at West Ham as well. He makes so much space for himself but people just don't look for him.

Well, I imagine that was an infuriating night for Bowen.
Hooray!
Now Maddison is off Bowen might have a chance of receiving the ball.

In the three or four decent opportunities that he's had he's gone passed the defender and produced low crosses that might have provided a goal.

Friendlies shouldn't be for chucking 9 new players into the fold - give 2 or 3 a chance with the established first choice 11 or don't bother playing the game at all.
Its been dreadful stuff.
