Drove past the ground this afternoon and the gates at the back of the Blackfriars End were open - the pitch looked pretty good from what I could see, so hopefully the game will go ahead.
That being the case, I predict a 2-1 Bulls victory. Mooney and TOE to score, with an attendance not too far short of 2,384; 113 in the away enclosure.

Enjoyable game that.
Much more effort, desire and creativity - still need to cut out some of the silly defensive mistakes mind.

First time in a long time I've been disappointed not to see a Hereford win, rather than relieved not to be on the end of a defeat.

Best game of the season for me. Deserved 3 points. Would have liked to see stronger leadership from the bench after going 2-1 up as falling back and allowing Darlo to attack was a big mistake.
John-Lewis is a super signing and Mooney was a revelation today.
Optimistic that the team is heading in the right direction.

Agree Newboy that the team is heading in the right direction at least in the sense of keeping away from the drop zone. Unfortunately that is how success is/ will be measured this season. Disappointing crowd but fair play to Darlington bringing 114.

Enjoyable afternoon of football that.
Such a difference in the style of play to what we had under Slade! Let's hope that we can get a few wins now.
Well done Josh and the team.

I didn't go today, first home league game I've missed since Wulfrunions. I had a bit of cleaning up to do. I couldn't really listen on the wireless either, wet vax, dehumidifier making to much noise.
It's quite funny really, every now and again I'd catch up on Twitter. The person I was following was bemoaning the inept midfield, hodgekiss stealing a living, shambolic defending etc.
It sounds like i missed a cracker.

Not as bad as i first anticipated. Maybe I should stay away more. He apparently plays well when I'm not there.

This was the best match at Edgar Street during the existence of Hereford FC. There was a surfeit of end-to-end play. One would take ones hat off to the caretaker manager, especially, for giving his head to Tommy O'Sullivan who confounded the likes of reasonabull again. There's a lot of football in this boy. Shame on the critics who have booed him relentlessy... Gowling has a smile on his face and it is reflected by the players representing the club. Very good. Didn't win, however, because they don't yet know how to win.
Hall 8; Best home performance. Stopped us losing on at least three occasions. That's how you need to judge a goalkeeper. Almost as good as Wayne Brown today. Hodgkiss 7, Riley 7, Anderson 6 (the only left-footer in the side), Pope 6 (out of position but managed an assist for what should have been the winning goal; Cane 7 (anchored the midfield with some maturity), Owen-Evans 8 (bit more like last season), O'Sullivan 9; Mooney 8, John-Lewis 8, Liburd 7.
There was a shape to what unfolded in front of us today. First time this season. Darlington 'keeper man of match. Diminutive number 9 not far behind.
Bring back Symo.
