I've given up judging on appearances. I think people voted for big change because they were sick to death of people in London and the South East coining the cash in whilst the rest of the country got poorer each year. Protest vote. Except places that were pro-Brexit like Sunderland haven't had money invested in them nor will Brexit change that. A bit like Trump's the car industry is safe in my hands. Workers in the US car industry are losing their jobs hand over fist. Nope, things will probably get even worse for a lot of people. But I think some thought..let's throw the cards up, can't get much worse. Nothing much to lose.

It has nothing to do with the complexity of the relationship with the European Union and everything to do with protest, agnosticism and ignorance. The other point which we miss is that the binary situation presented by the referendum - in or out? - will entice more people to go out and vote (out) to bring about change. The proclivity towards contrariness is all around you. (And, for the avoidance of any doubt, I voted to Remain.)

Just have images of monkey tennis pointing at a poor person who's been unemployed for 10 years and living in a crumbling down house saying "You so stupid!"

We should never have had the first one. The population as a whole isn't bright enough to be trusted on such matters. So some one stupid is calling everyone else stupid. Is there really anything more stupid than that? That's exactly what I was trying to say.

The "best possible" deal has been rejected by Parliament. The EU are unlikely to consider any kind of renegotiation under the current circumstances. There remains no appetite in Parliament for No Deal. The only option left is to defer Article 50 until we get some grown ups in charge.* Preferably ones that are prepared to put country before party.
* i.e. Indefinitely.

But if Saint Theresa can turn it around like you then we'll be well on our way!

The only answer is to physically split the country into two. UK Leave and UK Remain.
I wonder where all the jobs would be and where all the doctors would congregate ?
And which would be the more civilised country ?
Oh and where would Brussels educated Boris Johnson live ?
But hey what do I know ?

I expect they'll sort all that out.

If we really have to leave (I don't think we do, but if politicians are too scared to go against "the will of the people") then I would much rather we leave with no deal than the one May negotiated, or any deal she's likely to be able to negotiate.
It's not in the interests of the EU to give us the unicorns that BoJo promised they'd give us for free, so if we're going to leave then lets just leave. It'll be an absolute clusterFeck, but most of the people that end up homeless or dead will be the ones who voted for this anyway. It's bloody sad but may as well spin the wheel and hope for the best eh

shirley the remainers logic is right, even though the country voted to leave, because T (i dont really want to leave, so I'll hatch a plan to scare everybody to vote remain in a 2nd referendum) May couldnt negotiate her way out of either end of a 2 (two) way street, was not able to produce anywhere near a decent exit plan and grow a pair, hence allowed the EU to command all of the ground, and along the way scare the country by saying her sh!t deal is the best the UK will ever get, then shirly its referendum time

She is in this mess because she resolutely refused cross-party engagement in the Brexit negotiations. Brexit was never a party political issue and shouldn't have been treated as such. She is now in a mess entirely of her own making, but it seems she hasn't learnt a thing. She has now reached across party lines but has not invited the leader of opposition. She has suffered the worst ever defeat of a PM and yet her arrogance still knows no bounds. And while we're on the subject of cross-party engagement, it was tough seeing Anna Soubry, Chuka Umanna and Alistair Campbell being cheered to the rafters by dopey remainers in Parliament Square last night. Did their political engagement start when they collected their EU berrets and flags in 2016? (And for the avoidance of doubt I voted remain too.)

So the general theme I'm hearing here is "stupid" and "poor." Pretty much the whole Labour party strategy these past 20 years. You might be stupid and poor but trust us to do what is best for you. I'm not too sure though that the Brexit vote was as clear cut as rich vs poor anyway given that more Labour constituencies voted to remain than to leave.

Would you care to elaborate, and furthermore explain where the "poor person", "unemployed" and "crumbling down house" elements of your post came from?
