I didn't know she had been Corbyn's lover back in the early 80s "loony left" labelled era. Really? You're usually up to speed* on most things. And it's still the "loony left". Isn't it? *no deliberate reference to psychedelia there. š

Anyone want to help crowdfund a shipping company in Ramsgate? We could make a packet.

Good old "reverse Midas" grayling strikes again.
The fact that one of the Directors of the company in question is the brother of a major donor to the Party of Corruption is of course entirely coincidental.

With the current drive for recycling stuff, perhaps we could use some of the dinghies abandoned by illegal migrants to create an inflatable armada?

Not really entertaining, though, is it?
May is a dead woman walking, Corbyn's arse must be really sore after spending so long sitting on the fence and Sir Vince remains in cloud cuckoo land.
It's gone from worse to feck knows what.
If that's entertainment I'll go and watch.....oh, hang on.........

Doing all that he can, given the situation he is in. Decent man in a house full (almost) of scoundrels.

If we are going to leave, and I still think it's likely we won't, I'd much prefer proper change with somebody actually willing to stand up for the little man who voted to leave because they've been ignored by countless governments of both flavours.
The Tories have proven themselves utterly incapable of delivering Brexit. Corbyn wants to offer the people a Brexit that will look after them whilst taxing the rich and the corporations to cover the shortfall. Sounds more attractive than anything anyone else is prepared to offer.

What has he ever done as an MP in the stupid amount of years he's been one. He has shared platforms with some right nasty f*ckers. Rachel Riley has the balls to say what other celebrities are almost scared to. I'm surprised that in the last 6 months we haven't heard Corbyn come out with "I do have a jewish friend you know!"

I'm assuming you can read and write, so have another look. 3 points were made, 3 opinions were offered, on 3 separate lines, double spaced to avoid confusing any simpletons. Line one -May. Line two - Corbyn. Line three - Cable - a decent man. I'll leave someone else to enlighten you over what Jeremy Corbyn has done as an MP, but it's plenty. I don't like his position and (in)action over Brexit, time will tell if he's playing a canny long game as some suggest, but I'd still take him over May, Johnson, Rees-Mogg or any of their self-serving cronies, in a heartbeat. Have a nice evening.

Time to throw this in...
When we all voted in the referendum back in 2016 there was NO DEAL on the table....yet we voted to leave on that basis.
How TF can anyone involved in this sh!tstorm claim that they are trying to deliver on the will of the people? There was NO DEAL.

Which is the difficulty with the current situation.
A binary choice was given. Between Leave and Remain. If you voted to Remain you knew what you were voting for.
If you voted to Leave, you voted for any one of a number of scenarios. Certain leading lights of the Leave campaign made it clear that "no-one was suggesting leaving the single market" for instance. Even now, with time rapidly running out, no-one knows. May's agreement is simply a withdrawal agreement. There is nothing on the table to cover the future relationship. Current transition agreement posited by May maintains the status quo potentially indefinitely (it'll only come to an end when that pesky Irish Border issue is resolved). Until then, the U.K will agree to become a vassal state. All the commitments with no say. The biggest giving away of control and sovereignty in history.
So. No Deal? Are you feeling lucky? Well, are you? (We're the punks in that reference FWIW)
Popcorn šæ anyone?

Because nobs like Johnson and Gove said weād easily get a deal that would give us all of the EU benefits for none of the current costs. We didnāt have a deal but we were told itād be the easiest deal in history to get what we wanted

And you probably will too once you have stopped looking closely at the surface of your ceiling. š
