What is it with everyone speculating on wages? In this country its a hush hush matter, lets keep it that way. We all should be cheering on our team, not trying to cause unrest. People need to step up or shut up. Morning rant over. The issue here is that we're probably the only club in this league that do pay wages, at the others the players will be lucky if they even get their expenses paid. Logically therefore we should be able to attract the best players in this league and therefore win it comfortably. That's only true if it's just about the money. In a surprisingly heartening way, it seems that a lot of players in this league are 'old retainers' so to speak. |

The majority of players in this league are just on expenses. Why people who have absolutely no evidence of who is payed what come on here with ridiculous statements about what certain players are getting is beyond belief. Is it necessary to tell lies to make yourself look as if 'you are in the know'? If so, you are such a saddo!!

What really gets me is that one minute we are screaming at the board to make our budget count and spend whatever is necessary to "piss this tinpot league" and the next we are obsessing about how much we are paying player x, y or z. Talk about every silver lining having a cloud!
FFS, we are paying them what we are paying them. It shouldn't matter to us. Lets just be glad Beadle got his man however that was achieved and however much it might have cost.

Forget The Conference there is absolutely no way anyone at our level is even on half that. The bloke who posted that is taking the proverbial and has no insight into our players wages whatsoever.

Jamie enjoyed his first training session with Hereford last night until after challenging a 50/50 ball, he went down in a heap, I'm hearing reports of a fractured metatarsal expected to be out until Christmas, what an absolute shame it was the move he has always dreamed of aswell.
