West Ham should take it off their hands. I went their once, roughly 10-12000 in there. If you like Sky Blue seats and a tinny echo then it is ideal. Their old ground was surely one of the best grounds to be abandoned wasn't it?

I'm biased and emotionally attached of course, but Highfield Road was a cracking ground and perfectly adequate for a club the size and with the limited potential of Coventry City (by "limited potential", I mean that they were/are never going to be a Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool etc). It's now a "residential complex". Moving to That Ricoh Thing was a stupid, stupid thing to do. In my opinion.
