Yep, they were warning us of the yellow river in the early 70s.

It's been interesting following the outrage at Michelle Terry playing Richard III at the Globe, hasn't it? Apparently it's just not on that a non-disabled actor should be portraying a sovereign who had scoliosis.
Nobody has batted an eyelid that she also happens to be a woman.
Another job taken off the boys.

If at 4:10pm on a Saturday you climb up the floodlight pylon between the Meadow End and the Merton Meadow Grandstand sponsored by Central Roofing, there are magic beans at the top.

All that stampeding I do at 3.27pm tends to render my knees unfit for any later floodlight climbing.

It's been interesting following the manufactured outrage from virtually nobody save a few elderly men with too much time on their hands at Michelle Terry playing Richard III at the Globe, hasn't it? Another job taken off the boys. Edited for you

You might have made an intervention about scoliosis not being a disabling factor, bearing in mind he mounted his charge and rode into battle that day. Time traveller too ending up in a Leicester car park. But you've never quite had the intellect yet, Timbo. Never mind, we'll carry you through.

Of course no-one could even begin to match the intellect of the Mastermind of the forum. So that’s why no-one bothers. It’s a thoroughly pointless exercise.
The way you get the right colours in the right order in less than ten goes every time is quite extraordinary.
Meanwhile on planet Earth, us mere mortals struggle on

Shock! Horror!
At the Under 20s rugby international at Bath on Friday night, England v Wales, there was a referee who was not only South African and, therefore, taking jobs off the the European boys, but, to add insult to injury, she was a woman.
She gave the best refereeing display I can recall seeing. Absolutely brilliant, take a bow Aimee Barrett-Theron.
Besides getting every call correct, to my eyes anyway, the highlight of her display came after about 15 minutes. Calling the 2 captains over, after a bit of a handbags at 10 paces incident, she said to them:
" Now, lads, I'm not mad - just disappointed. You promised me, in the changing rooms before the game, that you would control your players. Did you lie to me, or is it something that you can fix from now?"
Came the simultaneous sheepish reply from the 2 captains, "We'll fix it Ma'am"
A few minutes later the England second row played the ball whilst off his feet and, therefore, out of the game, and she immediately gave him a yellow card and 10 minutes in the bin for cynical play. Not a bit of ill discipline for the rest of the game.
Apologies if this post doesn't reflect the thread title.
