Both goals were very poor defensively, the second an absolute disaster. Their first will be worth seeing again, had a little whiff of offside. Probably fine though. Their second I don't want to see again.

Their second I don't want to see again. I was sat today literally in line with the Buxton goal and I’m not sure but it was a good move. Equally Babos was left unattended and onside (somehow) in the 2nd half but didn’t take advantage.

Dreadful team selection, Mr Caddis. I'll see if there's been an apology when I return from the public house with the ratings. Skinner MOM. Ponderous from start to finish. How do the sponsors get pissed on that rubbish? Agree 100% too many changes looked disjointed, worst game I’ve seen Babos play. Very disappointing.

It was like a 12 year old playing on their computer. Just stick a load of bodies up front and hope.
Buxton ought to have scored several in the last 20.
Willo almost punched it in the 95th minute though, would have been an on the pitch moment?

How do the sponsors get pissed on that rubbish? Said similar on official site match live chat. Regarding team selection that is. However as I didn't see the game this time I will leave it down to others to discuss and dissect. A draw is pretty much as bad as a defeat at this juncture. Results haven't been good enough for 6 or 7 weeks. If a side like Tamworth walk away with the league there can be NO EXCUSES for me.

Disappointing, that. Obviously I missed their first goal because I'd been back in Radfords for a good twenty minutes by then, but their second goal seemed (from a distance) almost Pythonesque (and not for the first time this season, sadly; these repeated mistakes have cost us hugely).
Babos looked out of sorts, but then he seemed to be being relied upon to break up the opposition's attacks (which will never be his game,) as well as being Hereford's main midfield playmaker. He can't do both - Tex should've been playing in my opinion.
Still an outside chance of the play-offs however. The season's nearly but not quite over, which is a vast improvement given the last few years when Boxing Day signalled the end of any realistic challenge.

I hate Boxing Day too as I have to cook for my servants and buy them gifts. I give them the gifts first so that there is a tin opener for the Fray Bentos pies.

We missed Tex as he is always an option for both FB’s to keep the ball ticking over.

Why was Phillips on that football pitch for 65 minutes today? Absolutely useless. 5 of the individuals selected to start the match hadn't been heard of at Edgar Street before 2024.
Pond (described by Mr Caddis as his biggest risk and hasn't been the same since he made that ill-judged comment) 4.5; Skinner (too slow, exposed time after time) 5, Howkins 5.5, Cameron 8, Hudson 6.5; Lyden 7, Lawson 6; Okeke 7.5, Babos (every blade of grass but lacking execution on the day) 6.5, Obadeyi (really?) 5; Phillips 4 (Williams 9).
Whilst I understand the recent mutterings about Willo I must say he wouldn't have been very impressed by what unfolded in front of him during those first 65 minutes. He came on, took up excellent positions, chased every ball, winning 9 out of 11, had the stature to snake out a longer leg than this nonentity Phillips, won balls in the air and scored two goals. The whole thing was inexplicable to me. And everybody else.
3004 turned up for a team lying in 12th position at 3 o'clock. Pretty damned good, I'd say. Too many changes. No plan. Piss poor.
Cut this perpetual "referee was crap" sideshow.

You’d have probably done your back in trying to get over the wall to get onto the pitch only to find the ref had given a free kick for handball if Willo had punched it in on 95 mins 😉 And Pond needs someone pushing him for his place next season. Too many times this season he’s been below par knowing that his place in the starting line up is safe for the next game.

Agree about too many changes, but of course we don’t know the reasons for making them.

My first game for a while. Same as every match I've watched this season though, Hereford better team, but concede some shit goals. Not sure why Philips was on the pitch for so long. Ikeke looks a player. Cameron still appears to be a liability. Pond is a keeper that will be remembered in 20 years time.
Bloke near me was going mental about the ref, but I don't think he was that bad. Fun last ten. Thought Pond was going to come up for a free kick at 2-2 for a second, and if Willo had scored right at the death there would have been carnage.
Probably need to win the last 4 now to have a chance.

Not good enough over the whole season, too many defeats to dire teams. Poor team selection from Caddis at times recently, and since Christmas a "throw the cards up" gamble of bring in new players every week. Hasn't worked has it? Caddis is down but FFS we are more down - year after year of it.

If people think Cameron is a liability when he wins just about every ball he contested I really do despair. Yes, we all know he's got a mistake in him when turning but he hasn't cost us in recent encounters.
This manager has been backed to the hilt with a bewildering blizzard of short term signings but when he decides to leave 26 goals on the bench it is taking the piss, basically. Perhaps, with this perpetual refrain that "we can't afford to go up" ringing in our ears we weren't actually trying that bloody hard? Short changed.

The club will now be short changed with nothing to play for. Poor team selection and too many random changes.

Fair enough, as I said it's my first game for a while, I'm glad he's having a good spell. Thought he got lucky a couple of times today making the wrong decision but getting away with it.

Well Cissay wasn't really supposed to be in the squad, but nobody else to balance the bench, others not available today and 2 of today's not allowed on Wednesday. So guess he trying to balance and failed. But those on the pitch should have been more than capable of converting at least 2 in the first half and more in the 2nd as well as avoiding allowing the goals conceded. Maybe he needs to make it clearer that despite some playing well before Christmas, new contracts will be based on what he sees in next few weeks.

Let's say if there is anymore of this "haven't got the budget to compete" style shite next season I will fail to believe it is true based on this seasons gates.
