In all fairness, those strips of clear plastic stuck on with Wrigleys were never gonna hold it all together for that long.

In the short term it will be interesting to see what provisions are put in place for blocks C&D and the away fans. Those toilet block cabins look favourite. Plus something similar for catering. They are not cheap to buy. Something like £5k+ a pop I reckon for something half decent (second hand). Then there would be some basic plumbing, electrics, foul drainage. P.S. They could be rented but that could turn out an expensive hobby given stage 2 could take forever.
Long term, the words "basic needs" is a bit worrying. I mocked up something on another thread and ran through some thinking out loud ideas.
If you went with say a terrace with 6 steps that could take 800 or so fans, it would be fine, but not very football league. If that was because they only gave roughly the first 5-6 metres of space over to the football club, where would they put the permanent version of the above facilities (and the floodlights). They would have to go within the footprint of the 20m wide strip that the council had gained to fill with nurses and students.

Don't worry I will soon get all me McDonald's stars back.
