I think it is fair to say we would be in the play off slots if we had not had more of our share of injuries to key players. The forwards have been the main area where we have suffered. Williams, Cowley, Ceesay should be our greatest chances of scoring but they have missed matches when we most needed them. Also not really had a settled midfield with the best players being unavailable as well.

Tamworth get around it somehow? They had 37 serious injuries in out game alone and they are runaway leaders.

We have had a lot of bad luck I think this season. If you look at it from afar your 3 most dependant goal threats would be William Cowley and ceesay and we have missed them for large parts at times. Babos has had to up his game with goals and assists. I’d like to see more goals spread across the team. I think we are in a great position with all things considering. Let’s see what the next few weeks bring. We should know where we are come middle of March I would expect. Let’s all cross our fingers for some good injury news and we can see our wingers back involved tomorrow.

I think we have signed a few players who are injury prone. Too many in your squad and it can all go tits up.

I don't know this William Cowley guy but if he's as good as his brother Jason he might be worth the gamble.

I see BN have flagged that Kouhyars month is about up. He didn't look happy trudging off at the end, which is understandable.
If he stays could have a big bearing on our fortunes over the next few weeks.

Very sorry to hear that Rooney is injured.
I was sure he'd be at the Euros but it just wasn't to be.
All the best!

A goal tally of 42 and counting is not too bad. What is killing is 46 against and I have lost count of the number of penalties we given away. Our defence has been our archilles heel all season and continues to be a concern.

Just heard a whisper off a mate that the midfield situation could be about time get even tighter on the personnel front. Not sure of the timings, but unless we have a couple of them Friday special announcements, the midfield could be down to the absolute bones Saturday.

From the Caddis interview:
"We've tried to get a player that everyone is well aware of. It's been a bit difficult so we'll have to move on."
Who was this then, since everyone is well aware of it?
