Seemed equally as important at the time. More so in hindsight!

That is permanently ingrained in my memory because I was perfectly in line with it in the Len Weston and it was just a lovely goal. That goal alone made it feel that we had hope.

The players hadn't been paid for weeks/months by that point so I think the club were in breach of contract and they were all free to leave for nothing. AFAIR.

I don't think United got anything for him. Just like we obviously got no sell on fee for Clucas... or Bowen (which I imagine would've happened had the club not been in a mess before ultimately dying).
