My first thought is that he might be 1 from Halesowen. My second thought is that he has a very good point.

I think that the letter writer makes some very valid points, and echoes the feelings of many of us who have to travel some distance to support Hereford FC. The ever increasing cost of petrol does make it difficult for those of us on fixed incomes to justify making as many trips to Edgar Street as we would wish. When you travel some way to the match, a number of factors, including traffic etc, mean that it is not always possible until the day to make the decision to attend the match. It is also not possible to get to the ground three hours before kick-off. The decision to penalise supporters who travel some way to get to the game by charging an additional £2 for tickets bought after 12 noon on Saturday matches is short sighted and I believe that it will actually create a situation whereby people will decide not to attend - possibly on principle, possible on financial grounds - and will therefore end up losing the club money. I think that the decision is ill-conceived, and hope that the club will reconsider.

Whilst we are on tickets, last season I had a bit of plastic that served as my season ticket. Why this season could it not be updated so I could carry on using it instead of having to throw it away. Not very carbon thingy is it.

Have the club changed ticket systems, and making that card obsolete. Guess cardless is even more carbon wotsite.
