First one maybe cheating as technically some smart arse is gonna say its outside the county...........but Hay Festival for me. I'm a creative type and I love to stretch my mind!
Second one maybe a surprise but it is Kington Walking Festival..........Love the great outdoors, a good walk and for the beer loving ramblers there is the and the 8 pub challenge and other things. Love tp stretch my legs and enjoy a drink or two.
Third one............Beer on the Wye...........because I love to stretch my gut and enjoy a beer or three............
Anymore?

Queuing for a bite to eat in Waitrose before a match. Time as a concept is entirely destroyed, something hippies and philosophers have been trying to achieve for decades, perhaps even centuries...

for me its a toss up between the Ledbury Poetry Festival and the Leominster/Herefordshire Kite Festival. I recommend both. However at the Kite Festival, the events are all subject to wind.

Much Marcle Steam Rally, mid July. Held on a field belonging iirc to nearby Westons cider mill. "Refreshments" tent selling Westons cider by the gallon. Steamy bliss.

I agree, although it's just outside Herefordshire, Hay Festival is fantastic. We look forward to it every year and my family come up from the south to stay for a few days for it. Something for everyone.
I really liked the Hereford Food Festival on Castle Green and was gutted to hear it had been cancelled. Last year's in particular was very good and much better, IMO, than the Ludlow version which was expensive to get in and was essentially exactly the same traders but rammed in a hot, steamy tent.
