I can never get my head round how more people don't see right through Johnson Corbyn. It seems bafflingly easy to see right through him to me, but I guess a lot of people fall for his shtick Corrected for you. It's bafflingly easy to see how threatened our media and extremely wealthy are by Corbyn, unless you are easily brainwashed. I wonder what the venn diagram of people that fall for the stuff about Corbyn and those that think Boris is the man to take us forward is?

Should civil war break out then, Woe betide a man who decides to break into my house. I still have my army training , and in the 70s I was one of the best bareknuckle sluggers south of Staffordshire. I doubt you saw much of the 70s. You're likely a 40 year old singleton sat at home in just your pants, eating cheesy wotsits, and your army training consists of watching Soldier Soldier in the 90s

Utterly disrespectful.

I wonder what the venn diagram of people that fall for the stuff about Corbyn and those that think Boris is the man to take us forward is? Corbyn - the man who's spent the last two years demanding a general election and the minute Boris agrees to hold one he decides he doesn't want a general election after all. What a man of principal he is!

What a man of principal he is! Yeah, and why do the Tories suddenly want a general election? Look at the bigger picture and what's going on. It's not as black and white as you say (but then, as per usual, you knew that already).

I can never get my head round how more people don't see right through Johnson. It seems bafflingly easy to see right through him to me, but I guess a lot of people fall for his shtick Using Trump’s template. Plenty sucked in by his shameless lies. Can only hope that they both get what they deserve next time there’s a vote. Against stronger opposition neither would even get a look in. Johnson vs the pre Iraq Blair is an easy win for the reds. Trump vs Obama is a triumph for the democrats. Hilary Clinton was a one trick pony - her campaign was largely based on her ‘breaking the glass ceiling’ and becoming the first female president. Trump was able to outdo her by appealing to those who she alienated and playing on people’s fears (of Mexicans). Similarly people are very weary of Corbyn. I genuinely believe Johnson would win a majority if there were an election tomorrow. As mentioned above, JC does receive a lot of bad press and media coverage but Conservative politicians have hardly being exempt from this in the past. Had Chuka Ummuna stuck with the leadership race and beaten JC, I imagine we may have a Labour government at the moment.

P.S. Or the Holy Trinity on ITV4 (Minder/Sweeney/Professionals)

The headline ‘some of us’ have been praying for.
Yes, Johnson has quit politics.
Shame it’s the wrong one, but jees, if his own brother thinks he’s a massive ar5e, and can’t work with him..

The country is screwed, we dont know where we will be in terms of Europe in 2 years, we are becoming more and more liberal where snowflakes mentality prevails over determination and hard work. While we are worrying about lgbt rights (which they already have) and 3rd world countries to send our money (which we cant afford) other countries are correctly funding their military, infrastructure and healthcare. We will be fodder for a rogue nation in a few years.

Interestingly, there are exactly no people with the surname Mcladdie in the UK at the moment. Equally uninterestingly it is a criminal offence to attempt to profit (either monetarily or otherwise) from pretending to be an ex-serviceman. (Or woman)

Right. Ot even the opium that Britain pushed onto the Chinese in the 1840s that contributed to their Empire. Fret not though, if a catastrophic Brexit goes through that Empire will be able to try to do the same and everyone will be happy.... Well the Chinese seem to belatedly be getting their own back by pushing their state-sponsored low-cost manufacturing onto the world. Seems to have contributed to the collapse in UK manufacturing capacity, particularly the steel industry. And then there's Huawei getting ready to become an integral part of the upcoming 5G roll out........ On a serious point, you seem to have a thing about recent British history and appear keen to denigrate the actions of politicians and the practices employed by undeniably unscrupulous entrepreneurs. Some of your stance is understandable and I agree with a lot of what you say. The East India Company certainly has a lot to answer for. Then again, so does Exxon Mobil in the USA. Serious question: Is there anything in recent British history that you feel able to commend? Of course there is. I worked in the UK from 2001-2003 and have family over there. I feel desperately sorry for those whose futures are going to be significantly affected by this ridiculous tribalism related to Brexit and references to the 'glorious past' need to be called out.

Sh!t) Haha, yep, his father was a Kiwi Rugby League international IIRC and Ben grew up in Christchurch until about the age of 10/11. B@str@rd!

The brexit vote has legitimised a right wing agenda in the eyes of many people, and right wing politics on the whole are on the up, while anyone showing compassion is dismissed as a "snowflake", a name much more suited to those that completely melt at the slightest hint of liberal politics.

OOOoooohhhh, the Brexit guys will be getting a bit nervous... Welcome back Johnny. Oh dear. You can have as many opinion polls as you like but as there ain't gonna be a second referendum and the next general election is 4 years away, they're utterly irrelevant. This aged well.
