Let's be fair........... None of us on here are going to make the slightest bit of difference to this shambles by hurling personal verbal assaults/abuse around. The country made a democratic decision and like it or not, ALL members of Parliament have a duty to carry out the will of the people. This has not been happening from the very beginning.
This colossal balls up falls 100% at the door of ex PM David Cameron and his cronies.

Posting a picture of a great British landmark burning to the ground.
I think you'll find that my avatar is a celebration of the centenary on 15 January of the deaths of Rosa Luxemborg and Karl Liebknecht. Can't see anything burning. You been on the shovel?

When you have no reasoned argument against anyone who has a different opinion you always seem to advocate the use of violence as a means to deny the person a voice. Either that or flounce.
Pwopa Fascism.

No, the colossal balls up lies fairly and squarely at the door of 38% of the electorate.

Ah, but "Mr Cameron and his cronies", ie the government of the UK, then told the electorate which way to vote. It was the electorate which installed him in the first place.

Hardly anybody under 40 gives a monkeys about all that. We live in a different world, that is constantly changing. The way you speak is as though no progress has been made in 70 years How can you be sure? A classic.

The first duty of Government and of Parliament is to avert any deliberate course of action that would harm the UK and its population, regardless of individual political party affiliation. Brexit - in any form - is now demonstrably bad for the country. No Deal Brexit will be catastrophic. Refusing to rule out No Deal - as the Prime Minister has done today - is tantamount to treason IMO.

Which is why I hope/think that Parliament WILL take control of the process. The government have given it their best shot and massively embarrassed themselves.

I'm afraid that if you still don't understand why no deal is on the table then you are extremely simple minded. Its been said on here many times before but you may have missed it. But look at it like this. Hereford Fc talk to a player who wants to join but knows that we will not walk away from negotiations because we told his agent that we're prepared to make sure there is a deal. At that point you give that player the upper hand. He can ask or do anything he wants in the knowledge that you've got them by the balls. Its simple every day business negotiations that some people on here obviously have no idea about. I mean its such a basic and obvious thing that even a 12 year old could see. If you can't walk away you're in a severely disadvantaged situation. Its amazing though as well you talk about treason. The people who have colluded with the EU behind our backs are the real traitors. Those who care far more about EU citizens than our own too. I've never seen a group of MP's talk so little about the ability of this country and its own people to do great things and instead look at everyone else and be far more concerned about a Polish man who's been here 12 months and needs to pay a £60 fee to apply to remain in the country. Its not in any way a bad thing to protect the interests of this country but by god do some people really need to be exposed for what they've done. In the case of a few members of the European parliament its incredible self harm. I honestly cannot remember any time where people have worked with other countries against us rather than for us. They will do everything they can to stop Brexit even if it means us leaving with an even worse deal. That in itself is a disgrace and I hope history never forgets the names of those who are responsible.

Those who care far more about EU citizens than our own too. We're all EU citizens. That's the point.

How can you say brexit is demonstrably bad, that means it has been demonstrated that brexit has harmed the country, as it hasn't happend yet that would be impossible, why do remainers take it as gospel the doomsday predictions, they are predictions after all some will come true but a lot won't stop being such snowfkakes

Perhaps you should tell Richard Harrington, the Minister for Business and Industry about your football analogy. You could swap Hereford FC for whatever team he supports, to make it more compelling.
