In the space of 10 hours a new forum has been created, 153 members have signed up, 700 guests have logged in and hundreds of posts have been written.
It almost brings a tear to the eye. |

I thought it was the likes of the Chinese that shut down web sites that did not toe the party line.

If a forum dies because nobody is talking, that's fair enough, but, and it is only my opinion, I felt that BB finally had the balance right between nonsense and football, was very active, and, until recently, was impartially moderated. It did not deserve to be shut down and the person responsible had no right to do it.
If anything I may be angrier about what happened to the forum than the club.
Someone with their priorities so far out of whack should probably not be moderating a forum...

I would imagine that even if it comes back on line, the old dear is an ex-forum, perhaps only peopled by Spencer in the weekend small hours posting cryptically amongst the tumbleweed.

If it does come back I can see that there might be potential for mischief-makers. It will still be called BB and might reflect even more badly on us if miscreants start posting dodgy stuff on there.
