I would wonder where he fits into our team though. He isn't likely to force either Mills or Pablo out of the front 2 positions, Joel has been fairly solid at LB and is unlikely to make way. That leaves left wing of his favoured positions? Is that not a younger mans game ?

When did he last play competitive football? He looked off the pace in Guinan's fundraising match. I hope this is someone's idea of a joke?

It may only take a couple of weeks of training to get back to match fitness and we don't pay him unless he plays. Even if he doesn't get fit enough to play for the first team I'm sure some of the younger players will learn a lot from him. |
