trying to support a club that doesn't appear to want to help itself.
Some friend are returning to the UK after living in South Africa for the past 10 or so years and will be moving to the Pembridge area.
I have been trying to get a price for some Matchday Hospitality package tickets to support the club but I dont want 8 seats, 8 lunches, 8 programs etc. I want either 2 or 4 of each. I have contacted the club by email and telephone to see if this can be arranged and to get a price. I am happy to pay a surcharge for the reduced number of people attending (Its £240 + VAT according to the commercial brochure for eight places) so I was thinking for eight tickets it would be £30+VAT a ticket. So if I wanted just 2 I would be willing to pay something like £50+VAT a ticket.
Do you think I can get anyone to return my emails, or phone calls, or even better give me an answer at all. No I have more chance of getting invited to Andy Munsleys home for dinner I think.
To cap it all, Bulls News put up and advert today asking for people to look at buying the Matchday package!
I mean it, if I carry on being ignored, I am becoming a Westfields support and my season ticket can be given to someone on here for free!

Wouldn't go as far as the last line though!

I would have thought that they could split packages, ie, 2 groups of 4. Might be a bit difficult with groups of just 2. Not very good if e mails aren't being answered though. Yep, two different games but of four tickets for each, shouldn't be a problem I would of thought but ..... To be fair, I have no knowledge on how to run a football club, but I do know how to run a successful business, and ignoring customers trying to give you money isnt high on my priority list for success.

Doesn't sound too clever that does it, smacks rather of the bad old days (there were a few) under Turner, I recall similar problems myself. Hope you get it sorted, and the club pull their fingers out. Absolute bullet in foot to advertise hospitality yet not be able to take bookings. Dare I say it, tinpot.

Stig or George Webb as commercial manager and commercial director should be able to help you. Stig is whom I have attempted to contact. I shall wait and see if anyone comes back to me before my flight home Thursday evening and I can then work out what I need to do Friday afternoon.

And if this garbage is typical of Social media, I'm glad to be out of it. With stuff like this our opponents sure won't need teamtalks. Please tell me this is bitter sabotage ala Lonsdale's lads ? twitter.com/HUFCBanter
