Amazed Watkins is at that level tbh. In the sense that its too low I assume? I was very surprised he ended up in L1 after doing so well at Inverness. Very pleased for him. Seems a decent bloke. His grandfather was the Welsh poet Vernon Waktins, a good friend of Dylan Thomas. Expect to see him in a Welsh squad soon if he keeps playing well, he has already trained with them I believe. |

Absolutely not, I thought he was a good conference player and probably a reasonable L2 player.
Blessed with skill and pace but his decision making and football brain left a lot to be desired at the time. He may well have improved those aspects as he was still relatively young when with us.

i didn't see too much of him in the flesh, truth be told, but the occasions I did; I was very impressed with his creativity on the ball - i.e. short passes and lay offs. He didn't seem to me to be one of those pace merchant dribbling wingers who get found out at higher levels (Done for examp....ehh)

Saw him play a bit for inverness last season and I thought he had came on lots from when he was at edgar street

Why would anyone leave Sneckie for Barnsley? Shocked to hear his name last night.
Mind football here has gone a long way downhill over the years. The monsterous growth that is squatting on top of the Football League has not exactly helped.
