I was interested to read that at xmas in the UK approximately 10 million households have turkey for xmas lunch. I was just wondering did fellow forummers enjoy a turkey on the Big Day just gone or did you have a turkey alternative? And as an aside was it a home affair or a going out affair?
On a personal note it was turkey.
Thoughts? Soju

Christmas lunch was two brace of partridge with baked pears.
Got a gammon on the go at the moment which tomorrow will be glazed with marmalade and baked.

Turkey Crown with fig stuffing and orange glaze, I'd better say it was nice as the other half had to queue for over an hour in M&S Monmouth to pick it up
