Sam Gwynne was their best player. Very neat and tidy on the ball and tenacious as ever in the tackle. Beginning to look more and more like Joey Barton. Ryan Green immense as usual for us.

Plenty of atmosphere where I was !! Beast was being mauled all game and the ref gave him nothing ! Mills class . Pablo played well on the left as he did against lye, bundu did ok , good for the penalty , can play better . Aron birch is a very good player lucky to have him , purdie lovely footballer but I think I dylan makes us look more solid ! Jimmy oates is improving very quicky , good today . Jamie willets is not quite right at the moment , maybe carrying a injury ? . Ryan green is absolutely awsome , organizes everthing at the back , reads danger very well , man of the match today , sorry millsy ! Joel has really impressed me this season always 9 out of 10 , very solid fullback that lets no one past him , my player ofvthe season so far !!

Ryan green playing at this standard confuses me ! Why not play at the highest standard you can ? Surely he could play conference level at least ? Or is it he loves hereford as much as us !! Not complaining , long may it continue !

At the age of 34 I think he has opted to play at a level where he can cruise and still make a reasonable living.
Outstanding and an object lesson to any aspiring young defender on how to read a game, suss out any threats and nullify them. His distribution from the back is peerless. All Willetts has to do is clear up at the back then pass it to Green. Simples.
Note to wainwrong: Green was there last week and this despite your assertions to the contrary. You, on the other hand, were not!

Jimmy Oates deserves a mention as well. A vastly improved player since the start iof the season. Had another great game today. Oates is very limited. I would hope a better standard of player could be signed for next season.

I think you're being very unfair on 'porridge' I agree his start to the season wasn't great and he gave the ball away to much but he had a good game today. Solid defensively and put a great cross in for the 1st goal. I'd rather stick with him rather than just bin players off all the time.

The photos of Westfields supporters giving Mills a bit of abuse is amusing seeing as half of them used to be Hereford fans!

Does anyone know what the current winning streak is in this league? Can't be too far away from it now surely....

Been under the weather - but happy to admit I made a rare bad call. All the Best, Gresty. But please note that Mr Green is 35. Attention to detail...

Ahem, attention to detail indeed. That said, he's only been 35 for a few weeks. Sorry to hear you've been unwell. I trust you have been taking plenty of fluids(!) in an attempt to rid yourself of whatever it is that ails you. Season's greetings to you also. In fact, season's greetings to all fellow contributors to this madhouse of a forum.

enjoyed my visit to edgar street for a rare hereford city derby. i thought westfields would have been chuffed with 0-0 & defended quite well but looked limited in attack until it was too late. mills always impresses me as he works so hard (reminds me of the great brian owen), mustapha could do with learning off him - rarely have i seen someone fairly talented with the ball (at times) so idle for so much of the game ! green really does look a class above & hfc are very lucky to have his services in the first seasom imho. the only disappointing aspect for me was the near silence emanating from over 4000 fans and the banal efforts of todays meadow enders

I was stood on the meadow end and they made a great effort, I can remember the days when you'd be at the match and you could hear someone fart in Leominster
