I enjoy Mills' reaction to the 2nd and 3rd goals. I've been to two games so far - Dunkirk and Highgate. He was obviously great against Dunkirk but was pretty anonymous at Highgate and I must admit I wondered if he has the desire.
When he scored the 2nd here he picked up the ball and put it back on the centre spot. When the third went in, while everyone else is celebrating earning a draw he again gets the ball back to the halfway line then starts urging the rest of the players to get back so they can re-start and look for the winner. Great to see.

Great to see. I concur...Good attitude. He actually had a hat-trick of those, didn't he - chasing the ball down and re-spotting it after each of the first three goals? Oddly enough, he didn't repeat the trick after the fourth! |

Rest of the first half I don't think Rocester created a single clear chance. we didn't dominate but I'd say we shaded the possession and shots stats.
Half time was the defining moment, a change of personnel (Bonella on in the holding role) and different tactics, and we dominated. Must have created 15 or more chances, and Rocester had one chance. We outplayed them and the way it was done bodes well. It was the most exciting 45 mins Ive seen from the Bulls in ages.
Interesting in that they were fairly physical and yet once we moved to a proper passing game we dominated. I know a few fans think that we need to be more physical but on this display we don't need to, talent will prevail. Rocester finished a very tired and dispirited team who knew they had no footballing answers well before Purds penalty.
