1-1 draw. Cowley will score. play offs remain tantalisingly in touch.

Hanging on in there. 2-0 would probably have been fair. Not had a sniff. Downing knackered his knee by the looks.
It's freezing.
Other than that Cracking Toast Gromit.

1-1 draw. Cowley will score. play offs remain tantalisingly in touch. Still possible CB. Although if you were here, you’d say unlikely. Really poor, no shape, Downing limped off, Willo very sorry to report, a passenger. Brackley are letting Cameron and Howkins have all the time they want, in our own half, waiting for the inevitable misplaced pass. Mendes should have started, missing Ceesay a lot. Caddis in stand, better view of very fare.

Easy goal that. We have been more in it this half without really troubling them too much.
They a bit too good for us. Like Chorley I guess.

Only three points off the playoffs but it does indeed look like you've Fecked it a bit.
I see you have Boston on the last game of the season. I wouldn't be surprised if you went into that needing some mathematical miracle... but with still a possibility.

A tactical masterclass. Ensure Brackley get in the play offs as if you draw them it's the equivalent of getting a bye.
Then join them in form by smashing everyone from here on in.
Clever thinking.

No chance. Just over a week ago we were talking on here about how we had 3 upcoming games against play off rivals and most of us would have settled for 6 points from those games. Well we've managed just 1 and even that was a lucky point; that's not play off form, that's relegation form! We have a run of 3 easy games next against Farsley, Buxton and Banbury. If we get 9 points from those we still have a slim chance of the play offs but realistically we're just not good enough right now.

The figures speak for themselves, we have conceded more goals than we have scored. I think it's fair to say that Williams, and to some extent Cowley, have failed to live up to our expectations early in the season. Eagerly awaiting their delayed appearances we wrongly envisaged they would set the world on fire but sadly their combined efforts have been very disappointing. No doubt Caddis knows who he would like to keep for next season but I'm sure they, especially Williams, would not be first choices.

Sadly agree over Willo. Couldn’t agree less over Cowley. He’s a diamond, priority no. 1 for signing next season.

I remain convinced that a club that takes 348 away supporters to a game at this level deserves to have the infrastructure in place to move that club forward.
But let's face it we don't have it in place. We cannot get promoted because it would bankrupt us if we finished bottom few. And we WOULD finish bottom few places. Like we did in League 1. I mean HUFC did.
I also remain fairly convinced that this is the extent of the owners collective ambition. Giving what I've just said that's a no brainer - I can understand that.
But everyone has backed the club so much this season, the fans have backed the manager, the numbers through the door. Everyone has backed the chairman.
Can someone now back the fans and say ok maybe we can sustain a club at a higher level than this?

That result realistically scuppers Hereford's play off challenge. Although still mathematically possible it will require winning at least five of the remaining six matches and not losing to Boston. Even that might not be good enough as goal difference effectively gives rivals a point advantage. At least the directors will be breathing a sigh of relief and Hereford have a good chance of achieving their highest finish in six seasons in National North.

I think Brackley have the widest pitch in the world. It is pretty much square.
