Cameron doesn't appear to be staying next season. If so good luck to the fella. Heartening to see someone who still clearly cared, a lot, about his football. After 600 or whatever games🙌🙌

That is good stability that. Teams that stick with the plan usually do better than teams that get through managers like they are 4 packs of Tesco Cider.

That’s THE coup.
We wouldn’t have done well having to reassemble a coaching and playing staff. Babos resigning made me think he was stopping on.

Tescose’s, surely?
But happy days re. The Boss. This plus the lease are excellent news.

He is doing something positive. Like the (honoury) Herefordian Money Saving Expert. P.S. These supermarkets pretend they are your friends, but they are just using offers to hook you in. You will notice that they never have TENA pants on offer at the same time as their cider.

I’m concerned. Do you want me to pop up Belmont and check up on him? I don't mind, the last time I went up there I persuaded him to pay me £50 to MOT the Postman Pat van he sits in drinking (which is conveniently positioned by the cash point next to the trolleys). P.S. Actually he is our Monkey Saving Expert.

Very good news. Keeps him off Swindon's radar for another year

Caddis has spoken to players on Thursday apparently. Who will think they are worth more and will wait for further offers? Who expects there to be clubs out there waiting to sign them? Who’s going to be disappointed? Now we will find out who really sold into the dream with us. Imo anyone who takes longer than two weeks to decide is only in it for the money. The sicknote players should be offered an appearance contract. Get the youngsters signed up straight away. Get them up to scratch ready to go for preseason. Crowds have got to be a selling point for PC but might only attract the would be glory hunters that think they are better than they really are.

We will lose a good portion of those. But so be it. I would also just let any player go who wants to negotiate endlessly. Got to move on and have all 18-20 players 110% onside for giving next season a good go.

I think Cowley will go.

Not sure Cowley is as good as people think. He was not in starting line up towards the end of the season which suggests Caddis was not convinced towards the end of the season. If he is on high wages we may be able to do better. Looks likely there will be a few leaving for what ever reason— probably money. If we are to get in play offs we need to find a few better talented players than the overall squad of last season. Last years team did well but lacked the final pieces of the jigsaw so to speak.

If he were to spend less time 'leaving his mark' and more time trying to put the ball in the net, he may well become a prolific goalscorer. However, he's not a 'target man' type of striker. Then again, neither was John Mills. Mills didn't leave his mark on many defenders either. His most significant mark was the one on the scoresheet.

I remain convinced he wouldve remained prolific for another couple of seasons. Ah well it wasnt to be

Mills didn’t go near many defenders when he hadn’t got the ball! 😆
