Will Swindon come tapping our door for Paul to be their next manager if they think he has the potential after how he has done at Edgar Street? Hopefully he would stay and see the season through and enhance his cv.

Hopefully he would stay and see the season through and enhance his cv. I doubt it. Half a good season in a league two levels below Swindon's is impressive but Caddis is still a rookie manager so it's (hopefully) too soon for him to be headhunted by a bigger club. If he wins the FA Trophy and gets us promoted inevitably there'll be other clubs sniffing around in the summer but not just yet.

Hopefully not, I think he will want to see this through with us.

One day, one way or another, Paul Caddis will leave the club.
The most important thing will be to learn the lessons of his appointment and the lessons of his stay with the club.
I would like him to have a long distinguished career at Hereford, having said all of that.

Once we get an away cup draw, he'll be off before the next ball gets rattled in the bag.

Hopefully not, I think he will want to see this through with us. Are you being serious? Money talks That is a fact of life, but could the following also be a possibility? With a view to making as much money as possible (as per your statement), he sticks with us where he seems to be getting a fair bit of traction. The risk of failure this season seems to be fairly low by football standards (I am guessing that would be defeat to Gateshead then a fizzled out 13th finish despite being given reasonable support). Whereas moving on he could end up a lower league equivalent of a Chelsea or Man Utd manager. Sacked as a "failure" after the blink if an eye. Him sticking with us and doing something stand out will maybe in the long run prove more lucrative (not saying he will but he is a winner so he will no doubt back himself, and hopefully be backed by the club and fans). He hopefully has a few quid and I am sure someone reckoned he has discouraged interest already. I am not sure whether I am trying to convince you or myself.

He ain't going anywhere just yet. Nor should he. Rookie manager, learning the ropes, and making the occasional error (by his own admission) both in terms of tactics and personnel.
Fair do's to him, Stig and JG, a real breath of fresh air all around.
Of course he'll move on eventually, but he has a lot to learn, will do just that, and will leave the club in a much better place than anyone else has since Beadle.
By a country mile!

That’s exactly right. And he gives the impression that he is quite moral and not just using us as a stepping stone.
And integrity is a rare thing these days.
More power to his elbow.

He is not doing things by the book he is doing things his way. The players he wants don’t fit the mould of most clubs. Would he be prepared to change his style because a chairman wants it done his way by the book. Would a club want a manager who doesn’t conform?

Following the Deeney sacking I am more worried about Dale Vince coming armed with a de luxe falafel.

Hopefully not, I think he will want to see this through with us. Are you being serious? Money talks 100%. He doesn't seem the type to leave the party, before it gets started. Swindon have financial situations by the sound of it, FGR are bottom of the football league and this will require a fire fight rather than a building job. I feel and this is my opinion if all goes well, he will do what SC did with Cheltenham all those years ago.

I think he would think more of replacing those clubs with the bulls rather than going there to face the challenge. Promotion on his cv rather than demotion would look far better.
