First Herefordshire boy ever? I am sure this has been done. Incognito did it maybe? I think Ex wiil be on here soon to tell you that Jack Sharp was about 120 years ahead of Jarrod. Oh, it's been done already. He also played cricket for England. I was going to say "Ah, but did Sharp score on his England debut like Bowen?". Turns out he did. Fair enough, Sharp has won.

Other than drinking and s**ging my sole representative honour was in a six-a-side on the beach at Cascais against a similarly drunken bunch of Portuguese lads. We won and promptly reminded them of the '66 semi-final.

Bowen had 3 (three) English colleagues in the last match he played for Alf Garnett's boys.
Sharp usually had about 9 (nine). Not exactly a lot of competition these days, is there?
Jesus wept.

Not related to the club etc.
Will Lemner become the powerhouse of Herefordshire?
Undoubtedly, yes.

"The 1881 census report shows the family of Charles Sharp, a butcher, living at 8 Elgin Street, Hereford, the household comprising the six members of the Sharp family and the mother of Annie, who acted as an assistant to Charles in the butcher shop."
Has such a street name ever existed in Hereford or should that read Eign Street?

I did, however, get to go on tour with the Grey Funnel Line.

Charles Sharp, butcher lived at 8 Eign Street, Hereford. I have spoken. Caffè Nero. Formerly the Continental Café. Is that where Charles Sharp practised his butchery? You seem to know a bit about the chap.
