when I follow the link from the earlier post I simply get a white screen. However if I put my cursor at the end of the address in the address bar and hit enter without changing anything I get onto the site.

Maybe a bit harsh calling it a farce if they're having tech problems with the site.
However, having taken a look at the policy that Bullsized posted, that they seemingly ought to be following I really can't see much resemblance whatsoever to what's going on currently. Perhaps TommyT is right, it ought to be postponed and maybe we can try a bit harder to find some candidates, or persuade the nearly nearly ones to stand!

Tommy T is usually right. Not that Onion-Bully ever noticed. Wasn't particularly referring to the website when I used the word farce, Moocy. Just the whole HUST thing, really. Such contempt for fans, coming from the "top" of a fans' organisation, is farcical.

Welcome back. Glad to see you're still trying to help, despite what happened previously. I missed the bit where you apparently did something wrong, but you always seemed helpful to me. In fact, if I remember correctly, you seemed to be pushing for us to try and avoid the ownership situation that we've now found ourselves in. If that was the case then it's a shame you were shut down (as many were). I thought Tommy flounced off BB because of the stick he was getting. To be fair, you do know a bit about getting stick on an internet forum, eh? |
