Evening all. Plenty of blue on this here site, quite soothing,good work on getting it up so quickly. I'm intrigued as to what may have happened to cause these veiled threats of legal action, unless it's against the law to ask the same question more than once. Not one positive response btw to the 'Does anyone know Andrew Munsley' question, and that includes pretty much all of the more mature Bulls fans I know (and there are a few), excluding current HFC board members. Although they have said 'no further comment will be made' in reference to Munsleygate.* *I somehow doubt this is possible, we shall see. Does anyone know if Andy Gray has been contacted & informed that someone stole his face? The whole thing is beyond parody. Also I have to say that considering how long it took the club to bring Beadle's post-Highgate comments to light they were quite literally unbelievably quick to issue a statement denying any involvement in the admin or closure of BB! I noticed there hadn't been a post for 2 hours, then I spotted that Miserabull had edited a post to announce the forum was shut & a quick check on Bulls News revealed a statement had already been issued! Amazing! Quite frankly I don't for one second believe that no one on the staff wasn't involved in any way, particularly with regards to fictitious Munsley's Bulls News musings last year. It's been asked before but be honest folks, does anyone know a real life Andy Munsley? Club staff & Bulls News contributors need not answer! Jamie posted on BB that his laptop wasn't cooperating hence the late reaction from Saturday's game. Should we doubt that? |

Whoever closed down BB (directly or indirectly) must have foreseen a pheonix forum being online within hours.
Therefore the plug was pulled / all posts deleted to cover someone's tracks.

Given that most of the board had already deleted their previous BB posts I'm trying to rack my brains to remember anything that was really that controversial though??? Wayforward was outed by wainwrong as being 'chris' but even if it was did he really post anything that bad? I mean yes it was all very pro club. But that's to be expected..... If it was him he's hardly going to be in the everything's shite camp is he? I think it was more a case of everything just getting a bit to close to home.... There are more than a few people who are now starting to see through the smoke and mirrors to see that not everything that has gone on is as clear cut as was first made out. Even the usually reliable bulls news is now under suspicion which is a real shame given the hard work organic must have gone through to retain his independence in such circumstances. The real puzzler is that this this whole sorry episode has done nothing but damage. And that that damage could have been so easily avoided! |

Isn't it time to move on now? To my knowledge as per local discussions, BB was administered no more than 4 years back by Blackfriar, he stepped out and MW played a role (I am told).
Hale started the alternative Meadow End forum - for more grown up debate. Ex-landlord and MW (aka Bobo) plus Graham (Organic) wrote most of Bulls News articles.
Basically the current encumbants had control of the social media and have achieved what they have. Starting with seeing off Turner and then Keyte. The old club is dead.
The power of social media? HUST taking over the club; a fans owned club.?
All posts now deleted by our new Board members!!
If this forum is truly without influence from these people we can now discuss our 'new' club unemcumbered.

Looked it up on the electoral register. Doesn't appear that there's any Andrew/ Andy Munsley in the entire country. Closest I got is an Alan Munsley.*
I'd be willing to bet a reasonable amount of money that this guy doesn't exist.
*Note to self: When creating sockpuppets, don't choose an absurdly uncommon surname. Also, don't use one which happens to be a village in Herefordshire - it looks weird.
