If you hadn't noticed, Tommy, (and I'm sure you have) we've been shafted through the Trust. Don't try to tell me it is the fans. I am not part of it and I am a fan. Be careful what you say. But your contributions are always interesting. You are only shafted if you choose to be. Engage with the trust and make your voice heard.

The Trust is not my club Tommy. Never will be. I'm going to take my shin-pads off now and go to bed. Footballer til I die. Sleep well.

Tommy, are you now the spokesman for the HUST management? A lot has happened since you were with us previously. The HUST board have signed up to Articles of Association which consigns HUST to the position of junior partners in the new club for evermore, even if they purchase their full share allocation and hold the majority of shares. I'd be interested to know how you think this can be remedied.

I'd be interested to know how you think this can be remedied. Its a bit of a mess isnt it ? Step one should be to get the trust pointing in the right direction. Propose resolutions and back reform candidates. Resolutions are important as they enable the membership to instruct the board what they should be doing. If the board ignore this then they have to go. As an example if this resolution was proposed ; Members of the Society believe that the current Articles of Association of HFC discriminate against HUST and call on the HUST representatives to stand down from the board of HFC until such time as an acceptable solution is found to the issue.
That gets to the heart of the matter and reflects the dissent in the ranks. It would also get the issue a good airing. Of course you may lose the vote but thats democracy for you. Sort out the issues on the Trust and then negotiate with the investors. And you can only do that from inside the Trust which belongs to all of you and not just a small group of individuals.
