Only three points off the playoffs but it does indeed look like you've Fecked it a bit. I see you have Boston on the last game of the season. I wouldn't be surprised if you went into that needing some mathematical miracle... but with still a possibility. Like win 15-0 to qualify on goal difference.

I remain convinced that a club that takes 348 away supporters to a game at this level deserves to have the infrastructure in place to move that club forward. But let's face it we don't have it in place. We cannot get promoted because it would bankrupt us if we finished bottom few. And we WOULD finish bottom few places. Like we did in League 1. I mean HUFC did. I also remain fairly convinced that this is the extent of the owners collective ambition. Giving what I've just said that's a no brainer - I can understand that. But everyone has backed the club so much this season, the fans have backed the manager, the numbers through the door. Everyone has backed the chairman. Can someone now back the fans and say ok maybe we can sustain a club at a higher level than this? I remain convinced, that if i were drinking what you were drinking, i would totally agree. 😉

I'm told by those daft enough to listen to the chap banished to the stand that he is suggesting that we have been "solid with 3 at the back." Unfortunately he lacked the fortitude to omit one of the centre backs because he never knew which one.
Summarise where we are as follows:
Cameron very committed but error prone (see today's second goal by a team who always make the playoffs on gates of a thousand.) Downing doesn't seem to have told Caddis who he prefers. Southern and Howkins are willing but average. Ceesay is the best outlet. Okeke and Obadeyi wishy washy. Cowley plays better without Willo. Midfield basically non-existent apart from player of the season Babos. Skinner and Hudson unremarkable. Manager keeps saying he's still learning but he's not listening. He annoys officials from start to finish of every match. They've marked his card. Thanks very much. Pity about Lyden being unavailable but his record suggested it. Teixeira on two years but won't be figuring next season.
Players taken on loan: Obinna, Barkers, Ryley, Hewlett, Singh, Stanley, Fremantle, Hall, McWilliams, Pugh, Tolley, Arthur and Kouhyar. Only 3 any good: Pugh, Fremantle and Tolley.
Will be ironic if we lose to Celtic. Peter, Peter....

Babos is by far our best player.
Most players that we bring in start off well then get progressively worse with each game they play.
I like Tex though, does a job. I'd keep him anyway even if he wasn't on the 2 year deal. Too many bookings mind.

ww - boring Yes we should be better Chances are, given the state the club got itself into a few months ago (that's a different discussion) then we are really are punching above. As for Caddis, not perfect but seems more likely of bringing success than many before him So. Lets go with the current ride whilst a chance still exists But if we would all rather that the chance of the play offs are gone, then whatever floats your boat. FFS Lets be aving you

Petering out. Peter, peter. Out. Agree entirely. All Peter's are knobheads. Just one of them strange facts. Apart from Peter Asch the American water polo player, and Peter Bakonyi the Hungarian Sabre Fencer. The second one has got one of those little umbrella things over one of his e's which might be a factor.

I doubt many of the Coventry City fans thought that in the 96th minute yesterday!

Is that the correct use of this word in this sentence? Because it does seem to work well up against the "Fervently" part of your post.

Have just read loads of comments on the Hereford FC site where people post under their real names. If one is prepared to forgive the general illiteracy on display there does seem to be unanimity about the back five situation.

Not sure there are many that would agree on selecting a back 5 to be honest.
Moving forward the next 3 games are all winnable - and really we need to be winning them handsomely to have any chance of sneaking into the playoffs.
Personally think we will win 4 out of the last 6 but it won't be enough.

Boston last game of the season could mean a bumper crowd
Crowley very busy but still not enough end product. Wants to hear the crowd sing his name but trying to hard. Needs to lay it off to team mate in a better position instead tries to score which hits defender, chance gone. Should not be allowed to go out of the penalty area when we have the ball. To many times yesterday he was on the touch line with the ball when he should have been in the box. We ended the game with three forwards all under six foot against 6’5 defenders and were lumping in high balls. Keeper loved it. Need a big target man to play alongside cowls. Their number 9 strong, put it about , busy and wanted it. Willo is not a target man.still can’t see where his wealth of experience is. Their players never took more than two touches of the ball yesterday kept it moving. We in contrast received the ball put our foot on the ball looked around then hoofed it to a closely marked player who tried to repeat the same. They never closed us down when we had the ball just waited for us to mess it up. Too many bad days at the office for us. Caddis says he won’t criticise the players well it’s not working you can’t mollycoddle them all the time this is the real world. On a pitch that all four corners of the pitch were at a different height why did Babos not practice corners in the warm up for pond instead of the gk coach. Our corner in the first half one bounce and it went for a throw on the opposite side of the ground. Caddis missed a trick yesterday he should have come and stood with the fans behind the goal and seen the game we see.

If your strikers are six inches shorter than the defenders marking them you whip your crosses in hard and low. Though he's a vast improvement on Gowling, Caddis does on occasions show the same naivety as his predecessor. When you're chasing a game you don't throw on more strikers, you throw on creative players like wingers who can get the ball into the box. There's no point in having four strikers if the ball's at the other end of the pitch because you've taken off your midfielders or defenders!

You can't even write to them due to your general illiteracy anyway. When you factor in that you are scared of flying due to your piercings causing problems when you go through security, it is a complete waste of time if you ask me.
